Desert Sage Operations was contract-hired to help a business navigate a significant AI-driven shift within its industry. The project focuses on identifying practical ways to incorporate AI into existing operations, develop more consistent documentation processes, and improve how information moves between people, workflows, and software systems.
Using Claude, I developed a custom AI agent tailored to the business's needs, supported by structured instructions, existing business knowledge, and repeatable workflows.
