Sage Circle Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sage Circle, a paid educational membership created by Desert Sage Operations and Sarah Rogers.

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in Sage Circle, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Sage Circle Is

Sage Circle is a private educational resource created to provide access to articles, videos, resources, conversations, lessons, experiences, and other materials created by Sarah Rogers.

Sage Circle is intended to provide education, perspective, ideas, and practical resources.

It is not a substitute for individualized legal, medical, financial, tax, mental health, or other professional advice.

2. Membership Access

Sage Circle content is available to active members through the designated member area.

Your membership gives you personal access to the Sage Circle library. It does not give you ownership of the content.

You may not:

  • Share your login credentials.

  • Give another person access to your membership.

  • Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly publish member-only content.

  • Record or reproduce member-only videos for distribution.

  • Upload member-only materials to another website, group, course, AI system, or resource library.

  • Use Sage Circle materials to create or sell a competing product or membership.

You are welcome to take notes and use what you learn in your own life and business.

3. Confidentiality and Community

Sage Circle may include personal stories, experiences, questions, or submissions shared by Sarah or other members.

Please treat personal information shared within the Sage Circle community with respect.

If you participate in discussions or submit something to Sage Circle, do not share another person's private information outside the membership without their permission.

4. Secret Submissions

If Sage Circle includes an option to submit questions, stories, or other material privately, submitting something does not guarantee that it will be published or addressed.

You are responsible for removing identifying information from a submission if you do not want those details shared.

By submitting material for potential use in Sage Circle content, you give Desert Sage Operations permission to edit, reproduce, and publish that submission for educational purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

If a submission is intended to remain completely private, it should not be submitted through a feature intended for publication or community discussion.

5. Membership Fees

Sage Circle requires payment as described at the time of purchase.

Prices and membership terms may change for future purchases or renewals. Changes will not retroactively alter a purchase unless required by law.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment method current.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund and cancellation terms will be displayed at the time of purchase when applicable.

Unless a different refund policy is specifically stated at checkout, purchases of digital or immediately accessible membership content are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

If you believe there has been a billing error or an issue with your membership access, contact Desert Sage Operations so the issue can be reviewed.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All Sage Circle materials are the intellectual property of Desert Sage Operations and/or Sarah Rogers unless otherwise identified.

This includes:

  • Videos

  • Articles

  • Written lessons

  • Worksheets

  • Downloads

  • Templates

  • Graphics

  • Audio

  • Original frameworks

  • Personal stories and educational materials

Your membership gives you access to these materials. It does not transfer ownership of them to you.

8. Personal Experiences and Educational Information

Sage Circle may include Sarah's personal experiences, opinions, lessons, experiments, research, and observations.

Your circumstances may be different.

What worked for Sarah or another member may not work for you.

You are responsible for deciding how, whether, or when to apply information shared inside Sage Circle.

9. Technology and Access

Sage Circle may rely on third-party platforms for website hosting, membership access, payment processing, email, video, or other technology.

I do not control those platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

If a third-party platform experiences an outage, technical issue, policy change, or other disruption, I will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative when possible.

10. No Professional Advice

Nothing inside Sage Circle should be considered individualized legal, medical, mental health, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

If you need professional advice, consult the appropriate licensed or qualified professional.

11. Termination of Membership

Desert Sage Operations reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a member violates these Terms, shares account access, distributes member-only content, engages in abusive behavior, or otherwise misuses the membership.

Termination for a violation of these Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.

12. Changes to Sage Circle

Sage Circle may evolve over time.

Content, features, platforms, format, schedule, or other aspects of the membership may change.

The goal is to continue improving the resource while maintaining the purpose of the membership.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Sage Operations and Sarah Rogers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation in Sage Circle or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the most recent "Last Updated" date.
