Meet the Freelance Creator

A huge part of my work is becoming the bridge between overwhelmed business owners and affordable, realistic solutions. Not everyone has the budget for a full agency or in-house team, and not everyone wants to spend their time buried in backend tasks they hate. I step in to help organize, outsource, simplify, and take things off their plate so they can focus on the parts of their business they actually enjoy.

I naturally live somewhere between creativity and organization. I love building systems, refining workflows, and creating structure, but I also care deeply about storytelling, aesthetics, and personality. My favorite projects are the ones that require both strategy and creative thinking to work together.

Whether I’m helping organize operations, refine branding, create content, or build systems, I want the final result to feel personal and aligned with the people behind the business. I care less about looking overly polished and more about creating something authentic, functional, and sustainable. The goal is never perfection. The goal is building something that actually works for real life.

If something catches my attention, I will absolutely deep dive into it. I genuinely enjoy researching systems, workflows, branding psychology, consumer behavior, trends, and operational structure. A lot of my best ideas come from observing patterns and figuring out how to make things function better.

A lot of my creative personality was shaped by early internet culture, millennial nostalgia, music soundtracks from the early 2000s, chaotic creativity, and surviving on Dr Pepper during late-night idea spirals. I genuinely love blending humor, nostalgia, personality, and real life into the way I create and communicate. The “millennial mom blog energy” is very real over here, and honestly, it influences more of my creative direction than I’d like to admit.

I’ve worked across agriculture, real estate, food businesses, administrative support, branding, creative services, and small business operations. That variety taught me how to adapt quickly while understanding how differently every business functions behind the scenes. It also gave me the ability to connect strategy with real-world practicality instead of just theory.

The name Desert Sage Operations reflects the way I approach business and creativity. Grounded, adaptable, resilient, intentional, and built to survive changing environments. I’ve always been inspired by the balance between rugged practicality and natural beauty, and that philosophy carries into the way I work with brands.
